2000 years ago the Messiah came to dwell among men. John 1. In Hebrew, Messiah or Moshiach means Anointed One. In Greek the word is Christ. Y'eshua is the Hebrew way to say Salvation. Jesus is the English word for the Greek word which means salvation. Jesus is Y'eshua. G-d is the G-d of the Jews. We read the Tenach, or Hebrew Scriptures. (Tenach is an acrostic for Torah, Neviim and Ketuvim, the divisions of the Hebrew Scriptures. Torah is the equivalent of the first five books of Moses, Neviim means prophets, and Ketuvim means writings, psalms, proverbs, Song of Solomon, etc.) The first four books of the New Covenant
